I was a first year senior and so grateful to be accepted into such a school. I learned more than I ever thought possible about music and life during that year. I loved my instructors and all my freshman friends in vocal music but I was in awe of the seniors at HSPVA. They were intelligent, confident, sensationally talented and most of them were already working professionally. I was inspired and changed forever. PVA instilled confidence, direction and the tools I needed to make music my profession. I am very grateful to be counted among this extraordinarily artistic and beautiful group of people.
